For its opening, there will be an exhibition devoted to the work of Jacques-André Boiffard, the great surrealist photographer, through a selection of 80 of his photographs.

A founding member of La Révolution surréaliste, Breton's accredited photographer for Nadja, and then Bataille's for the review Documents, Jacques-André Boiffard is the last great Surrealist photographer who has never featured in a retrospective. The Centre Pompidou finally pays tribute to him.
