The museum presents this small exhibition dedicated to a selected pieces of jewellery, amulets from several periods of Egyptian history.

The selection provides an overview of the different types of jewellery, explains their production and shows great examples of metalwork.

Spread over several separate showcases, the display with many object which have never been on public display before explains the importance of jewellery in daily life, as luxury objects, and as protective amulets.
